Order Submission:
Most orders submitted are approved within 24 to 48 hours depending on product(s) because of the pandemic, allow 4-9 working days for delivery. Camera Ready Artwork up-loaded and submitted before 4:00 pm will be approved for print that day (providing there is no complication with artwork). CRA's submitted and approved after 4:00 pm will be ready for print by 2:00 pm the next day. Orders that exceed 1,500 pages will be ready for delivery in 4 days. Orders that exceed 5,000 pages you will receive an email notification when your order is ready for shipment.

Please note: Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, your selected store’s hours and production availability may be affected. Orders may require extended time to complete; please contact us for additional information.

Custom and Camera ready Artwork:
* All payment or paid in full on camera ready artwork.
* A 1/2 down payment are required on all custom created designs/art or graphic work.
* Balances are due upon approval of custom work (full payment on custom work is accepted) 
* You have three (3) revision on custom created design ( after that an additional fee will accrue).
* Please upload camera ready artwork in a (pdf, jpeg, or png formatt).

Payment Method:
Payments are made via electronic invoice. we only accept: Visa or Master Card.
